Seal watching

The coast here is very similar to the coastal drive in Perth, between Trigg and Sorrento. There is coarse yellow coloured sand and lots of cliffs and rocky crags - though it is on a larger scale here. We headed a few minutes drive up the coast from our place to see the harbour seals. I managed to get sunburnt; practicing for New Zealand sun already! Luca managed to go swimming again, though I am sure it is even colder than Lake Taupo.

Seals!

I am sure the wall was built to create a beach, but mostly it is for seal watching

Kids loved watching them bask and fight and swim

Lily could have stayed there all day

It must be beachside in California
